Frontline staff

I did quite a lot of readings on frontline staff and did some research about how they feel they've been doing at their workplace. I always feel they're having a lot of pressure at work facing a diversity of clients with different characters. If they meet a weird customer in a day. That may make your day already worse and bad.

My "clients" are of different types, mostly journalists. They seem to be reasonable most of the time despite some have a distinct character. Some are long-winding, some give some extremely short deadline. I probably get used to it and just treat it a daily work.

Sometimes I miss the days meeting a wider array of journalists working in an agency but a calm and less exciting life is not bad at all.

Enjoy the spring and I have to figure out how to finish studying all chapters in 2 weeks.
