Adapt to gathering restriction

Dim sum usually comes with 4 pieces, but nowadays you could order 1 piece of siu mai or shrimp dumpling as the max number of people gathering was restricted to two only. Well, the price for one can sound a bit steep, somehow the restaurant manages to make it more like a more luxurious version. If you go to the Chinese restaurant with one friend only, you can now manage to try a few more dishes because of the flexibility to order. Not a bad thing.

Business mind evolves over time to adapt to restrictions and people's changes of taste.
