A landlord market
It's the rent making almost every tenant a huge headache these days. The rent shoots up probably by 10% in less than a year and many landlords prefer not to rent out their places 'coz the property prices are so high to the extent that they want to sell their flats instead.
With less supply of rental apartments, tenants almost have to "pitch" for a new flat apart from paying a very high rent.
Some of my friends have bought the apartment with their family or moved back to their parents. I wish I had a choice or won a lottery ticket over night, so that I won't need to think about how to deal with the rent increase pretty soon.
